Lumo FIXED: LumoFixed tickets are the best value and are only valid for the date and train you have booked, but they can be changed until the time your train departs for any future Lumo train journey. LumoFixed tickets are non-refundable but can save you up to 75% off the Anytime fare, as compared to Anytime tickets depending on the route and when you book.
Lumo FLEX: These are the flexible Lumo train tickets that can be changed until the time your train departs. These tickets are only valid for the date and train you have booked. These tickets are refundable only if you cancel the journey before the departure time of the train.
Lumo ANY: It is the best type of Lumo tickets offered by Lumo. These tickets are valid on all trains on the day of purchase. These tickets are also refundable after post-departure of the train but you have to pay £10 as an admin fee. These tickets are only valid for the date you have booked.
E-Tickets: Tickets are available as an e-ticket in the LumoGo app. As soon as you complete your purchase through the app or our website, tickets will automatically be delivered to your wallet in LumoGo. Just make sure your phone is charged and you’ve checked your ticket before joining the train – you may need the barcode for the barriers at the station and our Ambassadors on board will need to scan it on board the train.
Season tickets: Season tickets offer discounts compared to full-fare flexible tickets for customers who travel on the same journey multiple times per week. Lumo doesn’t offer our season tickets as they are mainly taking customers on long-distance journeys for business or leisure, but if you do have a season ticket that covers our journeys, you’re welcome to use it on our trains (as long as it doesn’t say it’s only valid on a specific train operator.
